Track & Trace Work Guide
This document is a training manual and job aid for a team I worked on at Carrier Enterprise. The Track & Trace team was newly formed when I joined, and no one had done the job before. There were no processes in place, no best practices or established policies. I worked with leadership and SMEs in other departments to develop these policies and procedures, and this was the standard used for the department and to train new team members.
Managing From the Values Document and Presentation
While working for Micronutrients, we were acquired by a new, multi-national company that wanted to instill their corporate values into our team. I was selected to be part of that team as a Culture Champion, and one of our initiatives was a management training program called “Managing From the Values”. This was a presentation that I developed and delivered all supervisors and middle management across the company.
